With the consumption being so frequent, most people are casual around handling hot tea, resulting in shockingly large number of tea spill accidents. 1 in 3 households in Pakistan has a child burn victim and all of them are caused due to negligence by the victim’s own family members and loved ones.
We use the common conversation around the hard to remove tea-stains on clothes and turn it around to showcase the horrifying reality of these incidents to send out an awareness message - a tea stain on a child’s skin that doesn’t go away! Casting real child burn victims, a film was released that directly contributed in reducing the number of burn cases recorded in Shalamar Hospital by 50%.
